Our campus

Hillel at Fordham University serves a tight-knit Jewish community on an urban campus in Lincoln Square as well as Rose Hill in the Bronx. At Fordham, Hillel offers Jewish learning and Israel education programs, leadership opportunities, coffee dates with Hillel staff and interns, and so much more! Hillel is a great way to make friends and find a community on campus. Plus, being a part of Hillel at Fordham also connects Jewish students to our other schools in Manhattan, coming together for off-campus events around NYC, shabbatons, conferences, and more.

Our Community

Jewish students at Fordham University come from all over NYC and the country. Many students live in the dorms on campus or in an apartment with roommates closeby and many also commute from home across the NYC boroughs.

At Fordham, Hillel students study a variety of majors including dance and theater, communications, business, and liberal arts.

Campus Highlights

Fordham students are welcome to take a short walk over to John Jay College and spend time in the Hillel space. Located in the Center of Student Involvement and Leadership (CSIL), otherwise known as Club Row, the club room is always packed with students enjoying free coffee and snacks, charging their phones, planning events, doing homework, and having thoughtful discussions about Judaism and Israel.
