BROTHERHOOD SYNAGOGUE - CLASSROOM ASSISTANT POSITION

Thursday Corner is Brotherhood Synagogue’s fun class for 3-5 year olds which focuses on Jewish and Israeli traditions and culture. Holidays and their related songs and traditions are highlighted along with Shabbat observances, customs, and songs. This class is taught in English but Hebrew songs & letters are a strong component.

The classroom assistant will be part of the team which guides the children through the hour long class of music, movement, storytelling, and arts & crafts. Help with classroom materials setup/prep and breakdown will also be required.

Hours (including 2 separate class sessions, setup & breakdown): 2:45 – 5:45 pm Thursday afternoons. Salary: $45/hour.

Dates: Thursdays, January 11 - May 23  (NO CLASSES on February 22, April 25, May 2)
