Call Center Registered Representative

• Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking a Call Center Registered Representative for its NYC office. The representative will be responsible for servicing the company’s national client base of new and existing investors through exceptional client service via telephone, assisting primarily in transactions of new bond purchases and maturity reinvestments. FINRA Series 7 license is required.

 

Duties will include: 

• Manage high volume of inbound calls and conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients seeking to make new purchases or reinvest maturing bonds

• Maintain communication and correspondence with clients regarding transactions and new account openings

• Perform KYC analysis and offer professional advice to clients as to which product is most suitable for investment based on the client’s financial profile and needs

• Support online sales by assisting customers with online bond purchases, linking client accounts and other online support functions

• Assist with sales events and functions by soliciting invited guests in advance

• Coordinate with local sales representatives as well as processing teams to supervise transaction processing

• Demonstrate an understanding of bond investments and interest rate movements 

  

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• At least 3 years of sales or client service experience is preferred

• FINRA Series 7 license required. DCI will provide training and support where necessary

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills

• Professional and articulate with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently, effectively and independently 

• Excellent time management, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate potential problems

• Must also be able to work flexible hours. 

• Salesforce experience preferred.   

 

Salary range $70,000 to $80,000
