About The Role
Are you a creative self-starter who thrives in an independent environment? Do you have a passion for
making a difference and a knack for keeping complex projects on track? If so, then this FIDF Planned
Giving & Foundations Project Manager role is for you!
In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in driving our Planned Giving and Foundations program
forward. You'll leverage your expertise and creativity to manage a variety of projects, ensuring
smooth operations and maximum impact
Essential Job Duties
• Be the project mastermind, taking the lead on initiatives within Planned Giving and Foundations.
• Assist in overseeing strategic stewardship campaigns for donors, prospects, and foundations.
• Work cooperatively with FIDF Foundation and Planned giving staff to enhance grant
management, overseeing applications, awards, and data analysis in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Ensure data accuracy by proactively correcting donor information and collaborating with CRM
teams.
• Schedule and assist in coordinating meetings, seminars, emails, and mailings, avoiding conflicts
with national and chapter activities.
• Embrace new challenges and contribute innovative ideas to propel the program forward.

Qualifications
• A seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience excelling in a fast-paced
environment.
• A tech whiz with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Raiser's Edge
NXT, and mail merge.
• A clear and confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• An independent worker who thrives with minimal supervision and enjoys taking ownership.
• A resourceful problem-solver with a knack for tackling challenges and finding innovative
solutions.
• A team player at heart who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
