Internship position National Call Center

Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is a US underwriter of debt

securities issued by the State of Israel and is a FINRA-member broker/dealer. The

Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking an intern

currently enrolled in an undergraduate program for a paid Fall 2024 internship of

limited duration in our National Call Center located in Midtown Manhattan. The

selected candidates will be responsible for performing administrative functions to

support sales functions, including researching and obtaining contact information

for bondholders and purchasers and preparing outgoing correspondence to clients.

Interns will also be responsible for conducting introductory outbound calls to

clients regarding maturing bonds and potential purchases – registered

representatives will handle all solicitations. There will be no cold calling. Interns

will gain experience interfacing with bond investors, navigating sales platforms

and providing administrative support to sales staff.

Must have the ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Prior to

commencement of employment, the candidate must submit to a background check.
