The Global Internship Program (GIP) is a unique study abroad/internship program in Haifa, Israel based around social change while attaining a better understanding of the minority experience in Israel. Sponsored by The Helen Diller Institute at the University of California, Berkeley, the Global Internship Program in Haifa, Israel is open to all undergraduate students no matter their school or background. Students are guaranteed at least $5K plus a weekly stipend to experience an NGO internship or research opportunity based on their interests or career aspirations, plus academic credit via two courses, plus dedicated weekly curated field trips throughout the country.
