About Two Bridge:
Two Bridge is a diversified family office with five decades of investing experience in healthcare services, healthcare tech, mental health, real estate, and lifestyle brands. We are currently creating a student mental health wellness program in our properties that will be used as a standard in student housing across the United States. Our program will provide mental health first aid training, upgraded design elements, and specific wellness programming.
Health and Wellness Program Manager
Position Summary:
The Health and Wellness Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and training of our exciting Wellness and Mental Health Program tailored to support college students nationwide. We are currently preparing to launch our pilot program in one of our student housing assets located at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
Health and Wellness Program Manager – Responsibilities:
In collaboration with leadership, lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive wellness and mental health programs
Oversee and responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking student outreach activities and programs
Manage day-to-day operational and tactical activities of program. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Represents the organization by projecting a positive image to achieve trust and respect from the community, leadership, and stakeholders
Works collaboratively with Leadership, community, and stakeholders to achieve and execute outreach programs and events initiatives
Creates and organizes outreach engagements and related materials
Cultivate relationships with community leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote program goals and collaborative opportunities
Mentor and manage a team of health and wellness professionals, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and excellence
Establishes and maintains schedules of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities
In collaboration with Leadership, prepare and track budget for student participation and engagement activities/events
Ensure high quality programming and initiatives that meet the needs of participating
students
Health and Wellness Program Manager – Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in business related field, healthcare administration, social work or a related field is REQUIRED
0-2 years of experience in health and wellness program management
Proven record in healthcare and case management, with a strong understanding of community health needs and resources
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
Passion for promoting and supporting mental health
Strong communicator and partnership-building skills to effectively engage with the community and stakeholders
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to travel as needed

Proven record in healthcare and case management, with a strong understanding of community health needs and resources
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
Passion for promoting and supporting mental health

Analyst Intern
Position Summary:
Two Bridge is looking for dynamic, energetic Analyst Intern who is collaborative, hardworking and has a strong attention-to-detail. Much of the work will be in the mental health and behavioral space. The Intern must be willing to help with all tasks assigned by a senior management. This is a an in-person opportunity.
Analyst Intern – Responsibilities:
Provide weekly research on mental health and behavioral health:
Investment and company activity
Industry research
Government funding and payor updates
Work closely on college based mental health program being developed
Organize and maintain various databases on investments, startups, and investors
Create and format presentations & spreadsheets on investment themes, operational processes, and portfolio companies as necessary
Assist with investment memos, quarterly reporting and organize information for investment meetings
Analyst Intern – Qualifications:
We are looking for a recent college graduate or a student currently completing their Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any of the following areas: Healthcare management, Behavioral health studies, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any other relevant coursework
Must be well organized and able to synthesize large amounts of information
Strong writing skills
Exceptional Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, v-lookups, if-then statements, etc.) and financial modeling experience REQUIRED
Ability to create PowerPoint presentations
Positive attitude with the ability to work in an unstructured fast-paced environment
