SUMMARY:
Two Bridge (https://two-bridge.com) is a privately held family office investment platform investing in post-acute healthcare, health care technology, media, consumer products, lifestyle brands, and general real estate for over 50 years. More recently, Two Bridge has focused on companies, projects and real estate that have a unique focus on issues surrounding mental health and wellness.
Two Bridge is currently recruiting for several positions for three separate platforms. Below you will find a general outline of the organizations and the potential positions.
Two Bridge Studios (“Studios”): Studios is a platform created to capture the demand for high level mental health/wellness content. Studios is working with a variety of companies, charities and governments to create unique cutting edge mental health focused content. Studios is currently filming “Common Denominator”, a television show that combines art, music and mental well-being. The first two episodes star Broadway star Gavin Creel and recording artist Noah Kahan.
Sales and Marketing: Work on team marketing Studios to potential clients.
Social Media coordinator: Work on helping create social media presence for Studios and Common Denominator.
Mental Health Turnaround (“Turnaround”): Two Bridge has been retained by a large well-funded mental health platform to assist in a turnaround. The turnaround will include a pivot in the underlying services and strategy of the company, acquisitions and roll-up strategies to help reposition the company.
Analytics role: Work on team analyzing current offerings and competition,
Diligence role: Work on diligence team(s) analyzing acquisitions and competition.
Marketing: Work on team creating new sales and marketing plan,
Student Housing Mental Health: Two Bridge has been working on a mental health and
wellness program for student housing assets. The program will provide mental health
first aid training, programming and upgraded design in privately owned student housing
properties. Two Bridge currently owns an asset in Tallahassee, Florida which will is where
the pilot program will be rolled out in the fall of 2024.
Wellness coordinator (Florida State): Working with management to oversee
wellness programming and partnership with University Health programming.
Social media/Sales and Marketing: Work with Two Bridge to create an overall
marketing plan for the program with a focus on social media.
Programming: Work with Two Bridge to refine the final programming for the
national student housing mental health program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED for full time positions.
Current undergraduates can also submit resume for summer internship,
Excellent communication skills- the ability to interact with all levels of people within an organization
Must be well organized and have the ability to synthesize large amounts of information
Strong writing skills
Exceptional Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, v-lookups, if-then statements, etc.) and
financial modeling experience REQUIRED
Ability to put PowerPoint presentations together
Positive attitude with the ability to work in an unstructured fast pace environment
Reports directly to principals of the organization
