End End Advisors (“EEA”) is an OCIO located in New York City with an AUM of over $6 billion and an investment team of eight. EEA invests portfolios on behalf of family offices, foundations and other non-profit organizations. EEA is a growing and dynamic firm that invests in funds across a wide range of assetclasses, including public equity in developed and emerging markets, hedge funds, fixed income andprivate equity (including leveraged buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, real estate and natural resources).

Opportunity:

EEA is seeking a Research/Quantitative Analyst who will work closely with a small team of investment professionals. Candidates in this role would be eligible for potential promotion after 2-3 years in this program.

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  •  Conducting analyses on existing and prospective fund managers

  •  Conducting detailed performance and portfolio analytics

  •  Tracking monthly/quarterly performance of all managers in their portfolio

  •  Monitoring cash flows to/from managers and market values

  •  Performing detailed investment analysis for client portfolios

  •  Analyzing returns and trends both domestically and internationally, monitoring market conditions to help assess investment opportunities

  •  Preparing reviews of managers and markets; evaluating existing portfolio returns and underlying fund holdings, presenting findings to the investment team

  •  Creating presentations for investment committees and board members of clients

  •  Assisting with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  •  1-3 years of experience in investment management

  •  Exceptional analytical, quantitative and research skills with a grounding in investment concepts

  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills

  •  Ability to work well within a tight-knit team, and contribute to a collaborative culture

  •  Ability to exercise judgment in effectively carrying out their duties

  •  A well-rounded background with a strong work ethic and high integrity

  •  Comfort with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  •  Top undergraduate degree with a strong GPA

  •  CFA or progress towards a CFA is a plus

  •  Proficiency in Bloomberg is a plus

  •  Familiarity with computer programming languages is a plus

  •  Passion for Investing

  •  Legally eligible to work in the United States
