Exciting Chief of Staff Opportunity for a Dynamic Professional

With 3-5 years of executive support experience, you effortlessly balance the big picture and minutiae, meeting tight deadlines across various initiatives. Ready to channel your expertise into a new venture, you bring professionalism and a genuine passion for entrepreneurial pursuits.

As the go-to person for supporting our family office, your responsibilities include:

  1. Relationship and Client Management: Spearhead communications, manage scheduling, CRM tracking, and liaise with professional relationships.

  2. Event Support: Oversee logistics from planning to execution and follow-up for monthly events.

  3. Personal Administrative Assistance: Tackle various personal support needs, from scheduling to travel assistance.

  4. Website/Marketing Support: Play a crucial role in marketing and social media initiatives, ensuring an up-to-date and engaging website.

This mostly remote-friendly role is based in NYC, with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of executive support experience.

  • Proven track record of thriving in entrepreneurial environments and effectively managing multiple initiatives.

  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing, operations, and incredible organizational skills
