Masa Israel and MITF


Masa is an organization that offers the opportunity of long-term plans in Israel (starting from four months or more). Masa is a subsidiary of the Jewish Agency and with it many collaborations with the various mission routes.

Masa Israel Teaching Fellows (MITF) is an unparalleled opportunity to work in the socio-economic periphery of  Israel and live life like a local. This is your chance not only to give back, but also a chance to gain professional development and network at an international level. Specialized tracks are available for state certified teachers OR those with a background in STEM.

What does a teaching fellow receive on MITF? 

-Full coverage of rent and bills

- Hebrew lessons 

-Monthly living stipend

-Weekly educational sessions or exploration days

Dates: 10 months (End of August 2022- Beginning of July 2023)

Application link: Registration is on a rolling basis, as cities fill registration will close. Registration will run Nov 15th 2021 – July 1st 2022

Cost: $1200 (if you have received a Masa grant in the past, cost my vary)
