Call Center Intern Positon

Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking an intern currently enrolled in an undergraduate program for a paid summer 2024 internship of limited duration in our National Call Center located in Midtown Manhattan. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing administrative functions to support sales functions, including researching and obtaining contact information for bondholders and purchasers and preparing outgoing correspondence to clients. Interns will also be responsible for conducting introductory outbound calls to clients regarding maturing bonds and potential purchases – registered representatives will handle all solicitations. There will be no cold calling. Interns will gain experience interfacing with bond investors, navigating sales platforms and providing administrative support to sales staff.

Salary range $16 to $18 per hour.

Temporary Admin Position

Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking a Temporary Admin to join its NYC office. The individual will report to the National Director and will be responsible for providing administrative support to sales representatives. In addition the individual will be communicating with existing clients on letters that are received to reinvest their matured bonds. The individual will also be responsible for conducting introductory outbound calls to clients regarding maturing bonds and potential purchases – registered representatives will handle all solicitations. There will be no cold calling. This position is on site and the hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Thursday and 9 to 3 on Friday. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
